The lizard stuck in my front window...Mike eventually got him out and added him to our "collection" in the aquarium! :)

We wrote a letter today and K signed it all by himself. I love watching him write. :)

Flowers (Day 69)

Mike and K planted some beautiful flowers in our front yard. They are right under the front kitchen window so we can to look at them everyday.

Spring is here! (Day 67)

The bushes are blooming and things are getting so pretty around here. The animals are also coming out again...Mike has already found a snake at school and the roadrunners are out and about in the neighborhood. One animal I like is the ground squirrel. They look like prairie dogs so that's why I'm partial to them. If you look really hard you can see a little guy in the middle of the picture sitting on the mound of darker sand. He was beyond our house in a wash, but I couldn't get too close or he'd run.

My addiction (Day 62)

I absolutely LOVE sparkling water...no flavor...just water with fizz! I buy it by the 2 liter and go through almost one a day. I am currently out of sparkling water and plain old water just isn't doing it for me.

Day 61

Our church does something awesome called "The Great Exchange". People bring in stuff they no longer want or use, we lay it all out neatly in a room, then people can take what they'd like. Nothing costs a thing! It's all free! Imagine my great delight when I walked in to drop off some stuff and come across this...

Day 60

We visited Trail Dust Town in Tucson. A quaint little area of town that takes you back to old west...train rides, steak house, general store, etc... Kaleb enjoyed the horse ride for about 10 seconds before asking to get down. :)

Day 59

This picture caused my stomach to hurt so I took it quickly and walked far away...I HATE heights and really disliked seeing my son near the edge like that!! :)
