K's tee was damaged by Mocha so he came up with his own way of playing ball without Mom or Dad to pitch! :)

Humps and Bumps--AZ style (Day 215)
When we lived in WI some friends shared a great recipe using eggs, flour, milk, etc...and it's baked in a 9X13 pan. They called it "humps and bumps" because when it came out of the oven the mixture had baked into all kinds of humps and bumps! Well here in AZ it came out looking this...
More like a valley!
Day 214
K's friend, N, celebrated her 4th bday today. She and her mom came over to play and eat lunch so K made a special place mat for N's bday.
Vacations (Day 213)
I try to remember to buy a magnet from every vacation spot (or fun spot we visit)..it's fun to experience all the memories whenever I open the fridge/freezer!

K's latest stack of library books...we are getting into the chapter books and Easy Reader books since his attention span is longer
Potatoes (Day 211) and Happy August!
We are trying to be more frugal so I've been doing many things with potatoes. K and I made baked fries and they were so tasty!!

I LOVE the shower curtain in the "guest" bathroom! Someday I will paint the walls a beige/brown to warm up the room too. So many fun colors!

I know, I know...I failed miserably in my Picture a Day the last few weeks. We were in the midst of a move so it just didn't get done. :( Now I just need to find my cable to download pics and I can at least post a few from over the past weeks. Hopefully I'll get back into the swing of things ASAP! :)

Day 142
Today we saw Night at the Museum: Battle for the Smithsonian. It was super funny and very entertaining! I highly recommend seeing it! (This is our refillable cup that allows us to get pop for $1 every time we go to the movies!)
Day 139
This was taken at the zoo last week...I told K the bird would sit on her eggs until they hatched. He didn't want to leave b/c he wanted to see them hatch too! :)
