When we lived in WI some friends shared a great recipe using eggs, flour, milk, etc...and it's baked in a 9X13 pan. They called it "humps and bumps" because when it came out of the oven the mixture had baked into all kinds of humps and bumps! Well here in AZ it came out looking this...

Yep, that's what we call a Dutch Baby at our house. I don't know why, just that I'd never had it til I met Josh, and that's what his family calls it.
